·        Abandoned Cart Notifications: We use cookies, tracking pixels, and third-party tools, including Klaviyo (for email) and Attentive (for SMS), to monitor shopping behavior on our Site. This enables us to detect when a customer has added products to their cart but has not completed the purchase. If you have opted in to receive SMS communications, we may use your phone number to send text message reminders about abandoned carts through a double opt-in process.

·        Registration: We may collect or obtain Personal Data when you use, or register to use, our Site, products, or services.

·        Content and advertising information: If you interact with any third party content or advertising on our Site (including third party plugins and cookies), we may receive Personal Data from the relevant third party provider of that content or advertising.

·        Third party information: We may collect or obtain Personal Data from third parties who provide it to us (e.g., business partners, advertising/marketing partners, data providers, law enforcement authorities).

 

Your data is collected and processed securely, and we do not share or sell this information to third parties for unrelated purposes. You can opt out of abandoned cart communications by unsubscribing from emails or replying "STOP" to SMS messages.

Where it becomes necessary to Process your Sensitive Personal Data for any reason, we rely on one of the following legal bases, but subject at all times to requirements under applicable law:

Within 60 days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reason(s) for the decision(s). If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General to submit a complaint.
